TERRACE
Access to terrace is made through large bedroom, the terrace is very private, secluded, and a sun trap it still has its original Spanish washing sink with running water. However if required the terrace could be turned into an additional room (possibly en suite) in the future, with a terrace above as the neighbouring properties have done, this would give a second bath and views to the country side.
BATHROOM
Dark wood door through to bathroom which is fitted with white bath, sink, and toilet, the overhead shower runs from the gas boiler, partially tiled walls, but would benefit from a full tiling in the future owing to rooms positioning in the hillside. The current owners are prepared to carry out the work prior to sale if required, or will make appropriate deduction in price if buyer wishes to do the work themselves, or has the intention of modernising the bathroom in the future.
