FIRST ENTRANCE LIVING ROOM
Enter through original steel double doors, step down into first room, with a staircase to the right and traditional wooden beams to the ceiling, the terracotta coloured floor tiles run throughout the whole house. Although some Spanish family’s traditionally use this for a dining room, the current owners use it as a sitting / reading room and an additional bedroom when required. All furniture in this room including the bed settee (which is a double steel framed fold out bed with mattress) is included in sale.
